QNT is the native token of Quant Network, the project behind Overledger — an enterprise-grade interoperability platform that connects different blockchains. QNT is used to pay licence and gas fees for accessing Overledger.

Quant has a hard-capped maximum supply of 14,612,493 QNT. The cap is fixed in the token contract and no new QNT can ever be minted, which makes the supply more scarce than most cryptocurrencies.

Prices are sourced from the public CoinGecko API and refreshed every 30 seconds. Our edge cache reduces upstream calls so the data stays fast even under heavy traffic. The exact "last updated" timestamp is shown on the ticker.
